2. Purchase Process
Browsing & Selection: Browse our range of loofah products (whole fruits, slices, handled brushes, gift sets, etc.). Please pay close attention to the size, grade (A/B/C), and intended use listed in the product details.

Checkout: Proceed to the checkout page. Please carefully verify your shipping address, contact information, and item list.

4. Important Note on Natural Products
This is the most critical information to know before purchasing loofah products:
Non-Standardized Products: Loofah is 100% natural plant fiber and is not a standardized item produced on an industrial assembly line.
Size & Shape: Natural variations exist in the length, diameter, and curvature of every loofah. Images are for reference only; the actual product may differ slightly from the photos. This is not considered a quality issue.
Color & Texture: Natural, unbleached products may have color variations, dark spots, or uneven fiber density. These are natural traces of plant growth.
Hardness: Loofah is hard when dry but softens rapidly upon contact with water. We recommend soaking it in warm water before first use.
Hygiene & Safety: Our products undergo strict cleaning and drying processes. However, they may absorb minor dust during transit. We recommend rinsing with clean water or briefly boiling for disinfection before first use.
Lifespan: Loofah is a biodegradable consumable. Depending on usage frequency, we recommend replacing it every 3-4 weeks to maintain optimal cleaning performance and hygiene standards.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: To uphold our zero-plastic commitment, all orders are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes or biodegradable bags. No plastic fillers are used.
Transit Risk: BusyLoofah bears the risk of loss or damage until the package is delivered to your specified address. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us for a free replacement or refund.
International Duties: For cross-border orders, any import duties or VAT incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, but please understand the unique nature of natural products:
Returns for Quality Issues: If the product received is moldy, infested with insects, severely damaged, or significantly mismatches the described grade (e.g., receiving Grade C instead of Grade A), please contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will cover round-trip shipping costs and provide a full refund or free replacement.
Returns for Non-Quality Issues:
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size), the product must be unused, un-wetted, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Important: Once a loofah has been wetted or used, it cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7.2 Prohibition of Promotion Abuse & Fraud
Exploiting system loopholes to claim coupons repeatedly is prohibited.
Purchasing with stolen credit cards or false identity information is prohibited.
Bulk purchasing followed by malicious returns to exploit shipping insurance or points is prohibited.
