1. Shipping Policy

- Quality Assurance Note: As our loofah products are made from natural materials and are hand-selected, we perform a quality check on every item before packing to ensure you receive the best product. This process may add a few hours to the handling time.
- Note: We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe delivery. Depending on your location and selected shipping speed, your order will be shipped via:

- Weight & Dimensions: Total weight of the loofah products and packaging.
- Selected Speed: Standard, Expedited, or Express shipping.
Free Shipping Threshold:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $ [1000]. For orders below this amount, a flat rate or calculated rate will apply.
1.4 Delivery Areas & Times
- International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from [7-21] business days.
- Note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Restricted Areas: We currently do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) or other undeliverable locations.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package status on our “Order Status” page or directly on the carrier’s website.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Busy Loofah products. However, please note that since loofah is a natural fiber, slight variations in color, shape, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
2.1 Eligible Conditions for Refund
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- Shipping Damage: The product arrived damaged due to shipping (e.g., crushed loofah sponges). Please provide photos of the damage.
- Wrong Item: You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Defective Products: Significant quality issues not consistent with natural variations (must be reported within [7] days of delivery).
- Change of Mind: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within [7] days of delivery.
- Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, opened personal care loofah products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale”.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at mailto:daisy@busyloofah.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Approval & Authorization: We will review your request. If approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within [48] hours.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Attach the provided return label (if applicable) or ship to the address provided.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error / Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or shipping damage, Busy Loofah will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Customer Preference / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- Deduction: If a prepaid label was mistakenly provided for a customer-initiated return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
2.4 Refund Timing
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within [5-7] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Bank Processing: Once processed, the credit will automatically apply to your original method of payment:
