Below are the terms and conditions for our wholesale partners.

1. Eligibility & Application

Our wholesale program is open to the following registered businesses:

  • Retailers (Online & Brick-and-Mortar)
  • Spa & Wellness Centers
  • Eco-friendly Brands
  • Distributors & Wholesalers

How to Apply: Please register an account on our website and submit your business license or tax ID via the [Wholesale Application Form]. Once approved, you will immediately gain access to exclusive wholesale pricing.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

We strive to make our natural products accessible to businesses of all sizes.

  • Standard Wholesale MOQ: 50 units per product style (mixed colors/sizes allowed within the same style).
  • Customized Orders (Logo/Packaging): Minimum 500 units per design.
  • Sample Orders: Samples are available for purchase at retail price (shipping fees apply). If your first bulk order exceeds $500, the sample fee will be fully deducted.

3. Tiered Pricing Structure

The more you buy, the more you save. Our system automatically adjusts the price at checkout based on the total quantity per item.

4. Customization Services (OEM/ODM)

We understand the importance of branding. Busy Loofah offers comprehensive customization options for bulk orders (1,000+ units):

  • Logo Branding: Laser engraving, heat stamping, or custom hang tags featuring your logo.
  • Custom Packaging: Eco-friendly packaging solutions, including recycled kraft boxes, compostable bags, or custom-printed sleeves.
  • Product Specifications: Custom cutting sizes, shapes (slices, full length, twisted), or blending with other natural fibers.
  • Private Label: Full private label services available; we can manufacture products exclusively for your brand.

5. Payment Terms

  • Standard Orders: Full payment is required before shipment. We accept Credit Cards (Visa, etc.), PayPal, and Bank Wire Transfer.
  • Large Bulk Orders (Over $5,000): A 50% deposit is required to initiate production, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment. Net-30 payment terms may be available for long-term partners with a verified credit history.

6. Shipping & Lead Time

  • Processing Time:
    • In-Stock Items: Ships within 3-5 business days.
    • Customized Items: Production lead time is 15-25 business days after design approval.
  • Shipping Methods: We provide global shipping services, including sea freight for large container loads.
  • Freight Costs: Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping costs. However, for orders over $2,000, we offer free standard shipping to major destinations (USA, EU, UK).

7. Quality Assurance & Returns

As our products are 100% natural loofah, slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and testify to their organic origin.

  • Quality Assurance: We strictly inspect every batch to ensure cleanliness and durability.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please report it with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace defective items or issue a credit note.
  • Non-Quality Returns: Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, returns for non-defective goods are not accepted unless specially authorized by management.
